Procedure of Return
You have 3 calendar days after item delivery, to notify us that you want to return your product. If your item meets all the requirements, your return can be initiated by calling our Customer Service at +8801300 182 399.
- Check if your product meets all the conditions for returning a product.
Conditions of Return
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws.
The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories
The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of Paragon packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box
If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

Refund Terms
In case of any postage fee incurred during the returns, please send us your postage fee with receipt for us to refund to you. Processing time will be the same as bank transfer method
Pricing
All the products listed on the Site will be sold at MRP unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on the date of the delivery. Although prices of most of the products do not fluctuate on a daily basis but some of the commodities and fresh food prices do change on a daily basis. In case the prices are higher or lower on the date of delivery, not additional charges will be collected or refunded as the case may be at the time of the delivery of the order.
